Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using StayPerk. StayPerk provides software for property manuals, guest services, bookings, add-ons, invoices, payouts, messaging, and related operations.
By using StayPerk, users agree to use the platform responsibly and to provide accurate information for their role and workflows.
Accounts and eligibility
Users are responsible for their account access, role selection, contact details, permissions, and activity on the platform. Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
StayPerk may restrict, suspend, or remove access when account activity creates security, fraud, payment, legal, operational, or abuse risk.
Role responsibilities
Hosts and property managers are responsible for property information, manual content, guest-facing details, add-ons, invoices, service coordination, property operations, permits, taxes, safety, and compliance obligations that apply to them.
Service providers are responsible for their service listings, pricing, availability, fulfillment, customer communication, quality of service, taxes, permits, insurance, and compliance obligations that apply to them.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking, payment, and contact information, following property and service rules, and using services lawfully and safely.
Manuals, public content, and communications
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and usefulness of property manuals, QR links, service listings, messages, media, and other content they create or publish through StayPerk.
StayPerk may remove or restrict content that appears unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, spammy, fraudulent, or harmful to platform operation.
Bookings, add-ons, invoices, and payments
StayPerk supports workflows for service requests, add-on purchases, invoices, receipts, refunds, commissions, and payouts. Payment processing and connected-account onboarding are handled through Stripe where applicable.
Fees, commissions, card processing costs, refund handling, chargebacks, and payout timing may depend on the transaction type, role, payment method, Stripe requirements, and the applicable platform flow.
Service coordination and limitations
StayPerk helps coordinate workflows between hosts, property managers, service providers, and guests. StayPerk does not guarantee that any user will perform, accept, complete, pay for, refund, or deliver a service or property obligation.
Users remain responsible for their own business decisions, service delivery, property operations, safety practices, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.
Acceptable use
Users may not use StayPerk for fraud, unlawful activity, spam, harassment, abuse, misleading listings, security bypass, unauthorized access, payment misuse, data scraping, malware, or interference with platform operation.
Users may not upload or send content that infringes rights, exposes private information without authorization, or creates safety, security, or legal risk.
Availability and changes
StayPerk may change, add, remove, pause, or limit features as the platform evolves. The service may be unavailable at times because of maintenance, outages, third-party service issues, or operational constraints.
StayPerk does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will remain available permanently.
