- A month for one place, billed monthly, in US dollars, before card processing: each company's cheapest plan that includes a website, with the property management software the website needs.
- The company's address is yourname.stayperk.net for StayPerk and the company's own free address for the others. Guesty Lite charges US$15 a month on top to use your own domain. StayPerk's own domain price is US$15 a month or US$150 a year.
- Booking fee: the share of each booking paid online. Hospitable charges 1% with your own Stripe account and 7% when Hospitable takes the payment. Lodgix's setup is its website design service.
- Features: what the plan compared includes. Lodgify has guest guides and cleaning tasks on its Ultimate plan, and Guesty has guidebooks on Guesty Pro. Hospitable's and Lodgix's guest guides cover the basics, such as Wi-Fi, the door code and check-in.

Frequently asked questions
Can I share my website on Airbnb?
No. Airbnb does not allow links in listings or messages that take guests off Airbnb or offer another way to book. Share your website with guests who find you elsewhere: your social profiles, Google, your email signature and guests who already book with you directly.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Your website is at yourname.stayperk.net, included with your account, and guests can book on it. You can connect a domain you own at any time for US$15 a month or US$150 a year.
What does the US$15 cover?
Your whole website on a domain you already own, bought from any domain company: the secure certificate, the address checks, sending yourname.stayperk.net and the bare domain to it, and the hosting. One price per website, however many places it shows.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it if you like it, and link to your StayPerk booking pages from it. Or move to a StayPerk website: connect the domain you already own, and we can set the site up for you from your current website, free.
Do I need a guest manual first?
No. Add a place with its address, photos, rooms and price, and publish. If you make a guest manual later, your website fills in from it.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. Switch designs, colours and fonts whenever you like. Your places, photos and text stay as they are.
How do guests contact me?
With the contact form on your website. Messages land in your Booking requests inbox and in your email, and replying to the email answers the guest directly. A human check on every form keeps spam out.
Does it work for several places?
Yes. One website shows all your places, with a page for each. With many places, guests can filter by area, group size and pets.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes, once it is complete: a published booking page, enough photos and an About text in your own words. Each website has its own sitemap. Until then it stays out of search results, so a half finished site is never listed.
What do guests see from StayPerk?
Your name, your photos and your places. The home page footer has a small Made with StayPerk link. Guests never need a StayPerk account to book or write to you.
