How do I make one booking page for all my rentals?

Use a booking page that lists every place you run and lets guests pick dates first, then shows which places are free and the price for each. On StayPerk a host gets one page for the places they own, and a property manager one page for every place they manage across all their hosts, free.

How to set it up

  1. Connect each place's booking site calendars, so a night booked anywhere shows as taken.
  2. Give each place its own booking settings: rates, cleaning fee, minimum stay and how guests book.
  3. Share the one page on your website, social pages and printed material for direct guests.
  4. Let guests filter by dates and guests, then book or request the place that fits.
  5. Send each booking's guest guide link with the confirmation.

Try both pages

Two demo pages: a property manager's page for every place they manage, and a host's page for the places they own. Pick dates to see which places are free. Booking is turned off.

Lakeshore Stays (demo), one page for five places: a guest picks Fri Nov 13 to Sun Nov 15, three places show as free with their full price (CA$520, CA$465 and CA$410), the beach house needs 3 nights and the barn is booked, then the cabin's own page opens with the dates filled in.

What StayPerk does here

The pages are free. When a guest pays online, StayPerk keeps 1% plus the card fee; when you collect payment yourself, nothing.

StayPerk is not a website builder: the page lives at a stayperk.com address you can link from your own site.

Frequently asked questions

Can I put the page on my own website?

Link to it from your website, social pages and printed material. It lives at its own stayperk.com address.

Do the places keep their own prices and rules?

Yes. Each place keeps its own rates, cleaning fee, minimum stay and booking settings; the one page shows them together.
