How do I schedule my cleaner from my Airbnb calendar?
Send your cleaner each checkout date and the time until the next guests arrive straight from your bookings calendar, instead of forwarding every booking by hand. On Airbnb you can add a cleaner as a co-host with calendar access only, or use one calendar that shows every site's stays with a ready message for each turnover.

How to set it up
- Put every booking site's calendar in one place, so a Vrbo or direct stay never surprises your cleaner.
- Agree a standard window, such as 11 am to 4 pm, and a fixed way to confirm each turnover.
- Send the turnover as soon as a booking lands: the checkout time, the next arrival and anything special, such as a cot or a pet.
- Flag same-day turnovers and back-to-back weekends a week ahead, when the cleaner can still plan.
- Ask for the checklist and photos when the clean is done, so you know the place is ready before the guests arrive.

Airbnb's co-host permissions include Calendar access, which lets someone view the calendar without editing it or messaging guests. That suits a cleaner who only needs the dates. It only shows Airbnb's bookings, though, so stays from other sites need their own calendar links.

What StayPerk does here
StayPerk's bookings calendar lists every checkout and the time until the next arrival across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and direct stays, and gives you a ready turnover message to send your cleaner.
Each property has a cleaner link with your checklist: no app or account for the cleaner. StayPerk doesn't book or pay cleaners for you.
Frequently asked questions
Can my cleaner see my Airbnb calendar without my login?
Yes. Add them as a co-host with Calendar access, which Airbnb describes as viewing the calendar only, with no editing, messaging or earnings.
How much notice should a cleaner get?
Send each turnover as soon as the booking lands, and a reminder the day before. Same-day turnovers need a confirmed time a week ahead in busy months.
