Compare the three ways to create your welcome book
An Etsy template is a design you buy from an individual seller. Canva is a general-purpose design editor with free and paid plans. StayPerk provides a guided rental-book and sign editor. The digital rows refer to a guest guide with supported videos and guest add-ons, not simply sharing a design file. Canva also has video design tools. An Etsy listing may offer other features, so check the individual product.

Create your Welcome Book and guest signs in six steps
- Choose a design. Open the printable builder, choose from the available designs and start a Welcome Book.
- Add property information. Replace sample text with your welcome message, arrival details, Wi-Fi, house rules, emergency information, local tips and checkout instructions. Add, hide or reorder pages as needed.
- Add photos or icons where useful. Show the parking entrance or identify an appliance; keep instructions readable and use images you have permission to share.
- Download the PDF. Check the preview and print size, then download free. Print at actual size and check readability on paper.
- Create matching guest signs. Use the same design for a Wi-Fi sign, welcome message or appliance card, with a short instruction beside the place it helps.
- Optionally create a digital version. Reuse supported guest-facing information in a digital draft, review it and add videos or supported optional guest add-ons before publishing.

Make a matching sign for the moment guests need it
Choose Sign for a welcome, Wi-Fi, bathroom, social-link or appliance card, or create a custom notice. Keep the wording brief. A cleaning checklist is for your host or turnover team, so keep it separate from guest instructions. Test QR codes on the final printed copy, and use only the guest network credentials you intend to display.
Open the Wi-Fi sign builder to enter the network and password directly, or create an appliance card from instructions verified for the actual device in your property.
Reuse supported information to start a digital guest guide
After writing your welcome book, you can download its PDF and choose Create digital version in the book editor. StayPerk reuses supported guest-facing text in a private digital-manual draft for review. Add photos, supported videos and optional paid guest extras separately, and complete the account and publication steps before sharing the live guide through a link. You can update digital information without reprinting; those changes do not rewrite an existing PDF.
You can also start in the digital manual and choose Create printable Welcome Book to reuse supported guest information in a Welcome Book. Choose a design and review the result before downloading. The original digital manual stays unchanged, and the two versions remain separate. They do not automatically stay synchronized. Review both when details change. Host-only cleaning content is excluded from the guest handoff, and a preview or draft is not a published website. Optional guest add-ons follow StayPerk’s separate pricing and transaction terms.

Before you print or share
- Replace all sample text and check the property name, contact details, network credentials and dates.
- Use photos you have permission to share. Keep private customer or booking information out of guest materials.
- Verify appliance steps against the manufacturer’s instructions for your exact model.
- Keep a saved copy. Anonymous work remains on this browser; choose Save for an account-owned project. Clearing browser storage can remove unsaved work.
