How do I give a co-host or cleaner access to my rental without sharing my password?
Never share your login: Airbnb lets you invite up to 10 co-hosts per listing, each with Full access, Calendar and messaging access, or Calendar access only. Give each person the least they need, such as calendar access for a cleaner, and use tools that send cleaners a link rather than an account.

How to set it up
- On Airbnb: Listings, choose the listing, Listing editor, Co-hosts, Invite a co-host, then choose the permissions and send the invitation.
- Give Full access only to someone who prices, accepts bookings and sees earnings for you.
- Give a cleaner Calendar access, or a cleaner link that needs no account at all.
- Give an owner a monthly report rather than access to your accounts.
- Review who has access every few months, and remove anyone who has stopped working with you.

What StayPerk does here
In StayPerk, a host connects with a co-host or property manager and assigns only the properties they should manage; a connection alone gives no access. Cleaners get a link per property and never need an account.
StayPerk doesn't change who can see your Airbnb account; set that in Airbnb's co-host settings.
Frequently asked questions
Which co-host can see my earnings?
Only a co-host with Full access can review the earnings dashboard, according to Airbnb's permission table. Calendar and messaging access and Calendar access can't.
What happens to access when a co-host stops working with me?
Remove them from the listing's co-hosts on Airbnb and unassign their properties in StayPerk. Reset any door codes they knew.
