Create a service

Use the step-by-step wizard to add a service with audiences, pricing, and media.

What this is

Services are what guests request and book.

When to use it

Use this whenever you launch a new offering.

Steps

  1. Open Services and choose Add service.
  2. Step 1: choose who can see the service (Guests, Hosts, and/or Property Managers).
  3. Continue through Basics, Description, Media, Category & timing, and Pricing & tax.
  4. When writing descriptions, click an inserted image and use the ruler icon to adjust its width; changes apply immediately.
  5. If payout currency is missing on Pricing & tax, choose Set payout currency to open Provider Payouts.
  6. Choose fulfillment mode (Instant or Approval) before creating the service.
  7. Review the summary, then choose Create service.

What to expect

  • Listing progress updates as you complete steps.
  • Paid service pricing shows the saved payout currency, such as CAD or USD.
  • If you leave with unsaved changes, you can save a draft or discard.
  • The service appears in your services list after save.

Common problems

  • If save fails, check required fields and numeric values.
  • If pricing asks for payout currency, open Provider Payouts and save the currency before pricing paid services.
