Take bookings on your own booking page

A free booking page for each property, one page for all your places, and for property managers one page for every place they manage.

For hosts and property managers ยท Updated October 29, 2026

What this is

Each property gets its own booking page at stayperk.com/book/ followed by the web address you choose. It shows the photos, amenities, check-in times and guest guidelines from the published guest manual, the open dates from your connected calendars, and an all-in price. With two properties or more you can also publish one page for all your places, where guests pick dates and see which places are free. A property manager gets their own page too: one link for every place they manage, for every owner they work with, beside each owner's own page. A place can be on both.

When to use it

Use this to take repeat guests, referrals and visitors to your own website direct, without booking-site service fees. When guests pay online, StayPerk keeps 1% plus the card fee; collect payment yourself and there is no fee.

Steps

  1. Open Booking page in the sidebar. With one property, its card is on the page. With several, choose a property from Your properties to see its status (Published, Draft or Not set up) and how many requests wait for you.
  2. Choose Set up booking page. The page fills in from the property's guest manual. Add your rates, cleaning fee, discounts, cancellation terms and how guests book, then choose Publish booking page. Turn Page is live off to keep it as a draft that guests cannot see.
  3. Copy the link, use WhatsApp, Facebook or Email to share it, or download the QR code. Paste the calendar export link into Airbnb and Vrbo so direct stays block those dates there.
  4. Share the link with guests who found you directly or booked direct with you before. Airbnb's Pricing and payment transparency policy keeps Airbnb bookings paid on Airbnb, so leave the link and its QR code out of Airbnb messages and out of anything Airbnb guests see during their stay, such as a printed welcome book.
  5. With two properties or more, find One page for all your places at the top and choose Set up this page. Enter the name guests see (your name or business name), a web address, an optional intro line, and tick the places to list. Only published booking pages can be listed, and new ones are added on their own. Choose Publish this page.
  6. Property managers: open Booking page in the property manager sidebar. Your page for all the places you manage lists every place you manage, grouped by owner under Places on this page, plus the places of any account you own. Set it up the same way. If you also own an account, its own page is the second card, for example Page for Smith Family Cottages only.
  7. Answer guests in Booking requests. With several properties it is one inbox for all of them: each request shows its property (and its owner when you manage places for more than one), and the property buttons above the list show one property at a time. New requests and questions are under Needs a reply.

What to expect

  • On the page for all your places, guests choose dates and guests. Each place shows Free for your dates with the total for the stay, or why it does not fit: Booked for these dates, Minimum nights, or Sleeps up to a number of guests. The total matches the place's own booking page.
  • Choosing a place opens its own booking page with the same dates and guests filled in. Guests book or ask a question there as usual.
  • Each property page lists your other published places under Other places from your name, with a link to the page for all your places once it is published.
  • When a property manager who manages a place has published their page and it lists that place, the place's own page shows Other places from the manager instead, with a link to the manager's page, because it is the wider choice. Otherwise it shows the owner's other places.
  • A place is on a property manager's page only while they manage it. When an owner removes the manager, or takes that place off their list, it leaves the page straight away. Only the manager can change their page.
  • A web address belongs to one page only. If a property page, an owner's page or a property manager's page already uses it, choose another.
  • The page for all your places needs two published places. With one, its link opens that place's page.
  • Dates follow each property's own time zone, so tonight stays bookable until midnight where the property is.

Common problems

  • If a place is missing from the page for all your places, check its booking page is published and ticked under Places on this page.
  • The page for all your places can be changed by the account owner, or by a property manager who manages all of the account's properties. Others do not see its card. A property manager sees that card only for accounts they own; their own page covers the rest.
  • If a place is missing from a property manager's page, check its booking page is published, it is ticked under Places on this page, and the owner still has the manager looking after that place.
  • If a night shows as free but is booked elsewhere, connect that booking site's calendar on the Calendar page.
