Give guests fast access to their stay information.

What this is

You can share manual access digitally and in print.

Use this before guest arrival.

Copy the guest link from Properties.
In Properties and Manuals tables, use Guest link and the copy icon; the full URL is intentionally hidden.
The guest link is the same public manual URL pattern that includes your property slug.
Open Additional QR design options to update colors, logo, and sizing.
Choose Save design options.
Download or print the QR code.
Place QR materials in useful locations.

Guests can open the manual quickly on mobile.
Guest link works even when the manual is not published; in that case guests see Home and Services only.
When the manual link is shared in messaging and social apps, the preview uses the property image when available and StayPerk branding otherwise.
Manual sections (Wi-Fi, check-in, check-out, and similar) appear only when published content exists for those sections.
Enter access code and Download manual appear only for private manuals that include protected content and have access-code protection enabled.
Private manual details remain hidden from guests until a 4-digit access code is saved.
