Send a co-hosting proposal to an owner

What this is
An owner proposal shows a prospective owner what you will do and what you charge. Owners can read it without an account.
When to use it
Use this when you are pitching to manage or co-host a new property.
Steps
- Open Owners in the sidebar, then Owner proposals.
- Enter your name, business and contact email, choose your services and set your fee as a percentage or a flat monthly amount.
- Add a short pitch and, if you have one, a link to a StayPerk guest manual you built.
- Create the proposal, then use Copy link and send the link to the owner.
What to expect
- The owner sees a read-only page with a Contact me button that opens an email to you.
- Editing keeps the same link. Deleting a proposal makes its link stop working.
Common problems
- If the sample manual link is rejected, use the address of a published StayPerk guest manual.
