When to use it

Use this when maintaining provider coverage and operations.

Steps

  1. Review service setup for each property.
  2. Open Services and choose Book a service to select the host and property context for upcoming bookings.
  3. When a PM books a paid service on behalf of a host, StayPerk creates the matching host invoice as a draft first.
  4. When creating or editing add-ons, choose fulfillment mode (Instant or Approval).
  5. Use Connections to maintain provider relationships.
  6. Track updates in notifications.

What to expect

  • The linked host invoice becomes payable only after the service booking payment is captured.
  • If the booking is declined, expires, or is refunded, StayPerk voids the linked invoice instead of leaving a balance due.
  • Better coordination reduces missed handoffs.
