What this is
Properties are the center of property manager workflows.
When to use it
Use this for onboarding and routine updates.
Steps
- Open Properties in the sidebar.
- Use Add property to open the 3-step flow: details, address, then image.
- Select the host account in Step 1 when creating on behalf of a host.
- Save the property, then choose to create its manual now or later from Manuals.
What to expect
- Changes are reflected in manual and service workflows.
- Managing a host property requires an active assignment from that host. A connection alone does not grant management access, and a limited assignment covers only the selected properties.
Common problems
- If a property is missing from a management selector or access is denied, ask the host to confirm your active assignment and property scope, then refresh the page.
