Host and property manager commissions
Earn a share when guests book local service providers from your guest manual.

What this is
From November 1, 2026, when a guest books a service provider's service from a guest manual, the host earns 5% of the price and the property manager earns 5%, when the property has one. The share comes out of StayPerk's fee, not the guest's price.
When to use it
Use this to understand commission amounts and when they are paid.
Steps
- Make service providers available in your guest manual.
- A guest books and pays for a service from the manual.
- After the service date passes and the provider marks it fulfilled, your commission is recorded.
- Commissions are paid once a month when your total reaches CA$25. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
What to expect
- If the guest is refunded, the commission for that booking is cancelled, or taken off your next commission payout if it was already paid.
- Commissions for a booking are held while a card dispute on it is open.
- Your own add-ons and services earn you the sale price minus the StayPerk fee, not a commission.
