Use this when reviewing changed payout totals.
Steps
- Review the affected transaction in payout history.
- Check the refunded amount.
- Confirm updated net totals.
What to expect
- Refunds stay in Processing until Stripe confirms completion.
- Refunded amounts are reflected in financial summaries after completion.
- Linked service-booking invoices are voided when the related purchase is declined, expires, or is refunded.
- When the seller cancelled or could not provide a purchase, the card fee on its refund is taken from the seller's next payout. See Refunds, card disputes and card fees.
