Build a digital guest manual for free

The Free Digital Guest Manual Builder page is the visual, step-by-step guide to StayPerk's complete editor. It uses the current builder animation and genuine editor, media-library, app preview, and printable design images to explain secure private-draft autosave, custom sections, account claim, publishing, and permanent sharing.

Use this before starting a new manual when you want to compare both onboarding paths or understand how free PDF downloads differ from cloud saving and digital publishing.

1. 1Open Free Digital Guest Manual Builder from Resources, the Digital Guest Manual solution, or a related public manual page.
2. 2To try StayPerk first, choose Create digital manual. Enter the property name and address, choose a protected Google address suggestion when useful, then complete any core or custom sections in the full editor.
3. 3Add photos or short videos, choose section order and visibility, and review the private draft in live Public and Private app previews while it autosaves securely. Opening the builder or a preview does not save a server draft until the first real edit, media change, editor save, or account handoff.
4. 4Choose Save manual at any time to save the anonymous draft immediately in this browser without publishing it. When you are ready for a permanent guest link, choose Publish Manual and then Continue to publish; the manual stays private until you explicitly publish it.
5. 5On the next page, choose Host workspace or Property manager workspace, then Continue with Google, Continue with email, or Already use StayPerk? Sign in. Email continuation uses one password field with Show or Hide, and verification resumes the manual transfer.
6. 6To begin with a workspace first, choose the workspace-first option, select Host, verify the account, add the property, and open its manual from the authenticated workspace.
7. 7After the manual belongs to the account, confirm Public and Private content, download a design in PDF manuals, publish the digital guide, and share its permanent guest link or in-property QR code.
8. 8In the digital editor, open PDF manuals directly below Previews. Choose any of the 16 designs, Welcome Book or Sign, and a paper size. Edit, preview and download in the same editor without re-entering your details or signing in for a download.
