Save a prepared manual preview

A prospect preview is an unlisted manual prepared for review. Anyone with its active link can view the approved content and PDF variants without signing in.

Use this when someone shares a prepared StayPerk manual with you.

1. 1Open the preview link and navigate the manual sections. Use Preview PDF or Download PDF to review the available designs.
2. 2Choose Save to my account when you want an editable copy. Under Where should we save it?, choose Host for your own property or Property manager for properties you manage for owners or clients.
3. 3Continue with Google, Continue with email, or use Already use StayPerk? Sign in. Complete normal account verification when requested. Existing users choose an authorized workspace without signing up again.
4. 4The save continues after authentication and opens your private manual editor. Review the details and photos before publishing through the normal manual workflow.
5. 5If you already saved it, choose Open your manual. If saving fails, use Retry; your preview and intended save remain available.

• Your copy starts unpublished. Editing it does not change the source preview, and source edits do not change your copy.
• A preview can be saved independently by more than one authorized account. Saving does not verify ownership of a rental business.
• Completed copies and their photos remain available after the original preview expires. Your final guest link and newly generated PDFs come from your own publication.
• Viewing a preview or opening a PDF does not create an account or save a copy. You can cancel the save dialog and continue viewing.

• An expired, disabled, or replaced link cannot start a new save. Ask the person who shared it for an updated link. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled.
