Use public resources

Solutions explains StayPerk workflows by use case. The digital builder guide explains editing before signup or starting with an account. Vacation Rental Welcome Book explains when to use a printable book, a digital guest manual, or both. Resources is the public library for practical calculators and articles about host fees, manuals, service workflows, and discoverability.

Use these pages when you need a public fee estimate, product education, or public positioning.

1. 1On the homepage or in the public header, choose Create Welcome Book to open /welcome-book-builder directly, or Create digital manual to open /create-manual. Upload / convert existing manual opens /convert-manual where offered.
2. 2Open the website footer or top navigation and choose Solutions to explore workflow pages.
3. 3Open the Digital Guest Manual solution for the shareable guest-link workflow, or Vacation Rental Welcome Book for help choosing printable, digital, or both formats.

7. 7For an Airbnb home-stay estimate, open the host fee calculator and choose Fee split or Net profit. Enter the rate shown in your own Airbnb Earnings breakdown.

• The homepage offers printable and digital creation near the top, followed by the existing digital manual, video, and guest add-on features.
• The homepage FAQ groups answers under General, Add-ons & Services, Pricing, Hosts & Property Managers, and Service Providers. Open a question to read its answer; the fee and manual-conversion answers link to the existing pricing and conversion pages.
• Built for the stay follows these blocks and introduces guest answers, video instructions, add-ons and local services, and link or QR access. Its View sample manual button opens the public Cedar Blocks example before the blank-manual and conversion choices.
• The video preview has play/pause and playback progress. The add-on demo lets visitors select an example and press Buy to show a simulated purchase confirmation; it does not create a booking or charge.
• Resource pages are public and do not require sign in.
• The free builder guide uses the existing StayPerk public-page design and links directly to the full guest editor, host signup, relevant manual articles, the sample manual, conversion, and fees.
• The vacation rental welcome book page is public, indexable, and links to the product solution, host and property-manager pages, pricing, sample manual, and related educational guides.
• The Airbnb calculator runs in the browser, stores no account data, and excludes taxes and fixed property overhead.
