What this is
This guide covers normal sign in and password recovery.
When to use it
Use this when login fails or you forgot your password.
Steps
- Choose the Google account shown by Continue as, use the standard Google button, or continue with email and password.
- If needed, choose Forgot password.
- Set a new password from your email link.
What to expect
- You return to your dashboard after successful sign in.
- Google opens its secure account chooser. You must choose or confirm an account; dismissing it leaves the normal Google and email controls available.
- Password reset and email recovery still use the separately configured Firebase email handler. They may look different from a new StayPerk verification message; a welcome email never resets your password or verifies your address.
Common problems
- If reset email does not arrive, confirm the email address and try again.
